On December 28th of 1965, the article “The First on the Moon” was published in the newspaper El Tiempo. The article was composed of a text and images by the photographer Hernán Díaz. The images depict a fictional Moon landscape inhabited by the sculptures of the Colombian artists Feliza Bursztyn, Eduardo Ramírez Villamizar, Edgar Negret and Jaime Gutiérrez Lega. For the Goodwill Moon Rock Project, the artist Santiago Reyes Villaveces, in collaboration with Nicolás Bonilla and Juan Covelli, presents the exhibition “The First on the Moon” in the Planetarium showcase space. The show is composed of the works published in the article and objects that belong to the Planetarium’s collection such as an old telescope and a Saturn V rocket Lego scale model.
El 28 de Diciembre de 1965, se publicó un artículo en el periódico El Tiempo titulado “los primeros en la Luna”. El texto está acompañado de varias imágenes del reconocido fotógrafo Hernán Díaz. En ellas se ven obras de los artistas colombianos Felitza Bursztyn, Eduardo Ramírez Villamizar, Edgar Negret y Jaime Gutiérrez Lega en un paisaje lunar.Para el proyecto Piedra Lunar del artista Santiago Reyes Villaveces, en colaboración con Nicolás Bonilla y Juan Covelli, se presenta en la Vitrina del Planetario de Bogotá obras de aquellos artistas que, según el artículo, fueron “los primeros en la Luna”. Las obras entran en diálogo con objetos pertenecientes a la colección del Planetario de Bogotá.
